Read Invoice Thoroughly. By entering your credit card and booking this cruise online you agree to the following terms and conditions of Island Cruise Co. and the supplier that you are traveling with. The suppliers terms and conditions can be found at their website, or in their brochure. If booking a cruise with travel insurance you will see two charges, one by the cruise line and one by the insurance vendor, ie.. Itravel Insured. Please review this invoice in its entirety. The Client will be the only recipient of invoices and is solely responsible to convey all information listed on invoices to all travel companions. Multiple invoices will not be issued.
Most cruise lines will not allow pregnant passengers who will enter their 26th week of pregnancy while on the ship. Please check with the cruise line before booking your cruise as they may charge penalties for cancellation. Passenger names must match the identification used for travel. It is mandatory that all documentation reflect the complete legal names.
Notify the Internet Department of Island Cruise Co. immediately if changes or corrections are needed. Please allow 3 business days for processing any changes i.e. insurance, cancellations, additions, etc. Processing issued tickets will take longer. Suppliers may charge a substantial fee plus applicable fare increases for changes made less than 90 days prior to sailing date.
Island Cruise Co. will accept Vendor coupons at 75% of the applied value on Internet bookings only. Certain coupons cannot be combined with Island Cruise Co.'s wholesale rate, as certain coupons are only available on the cruise lines full fare. While Entertainment coupons typically cannot be applied to our rate, if applicable we will accept them at 75% of face value. The Internet Department must be contacted before any coupon can be sent. Price adjustments are not available after final payment has been made and is at the discretion of the cruise line.

- On January 8, 2007, ALL persons, including U.S. citizens, traveling by air between the United States and Canada, Mexico, Central and South America, the Caribbean, and Bermuda will be required to present a valid passport, Air NEXUS card, or U.S. Coast Guard Merchant Mariner Document.
- As early as January 1, 2008, ALL persons, including U.S. citizens, traveling between the U.S. and Canada, Mexico, Central and South America, the Caribbean, and Bermuda by land or sea (including ferries), may be required to present a valid passport or other documents as determined by the Department of Homeland Security. While recent legislative changes permit a later deadline, the Departments of State and Homeland Security are working to meet all requirements as soon as possible. Ample advance notice will be provided to enable the public to obtain passports or passport cards for land/sea entries.
Proof of citizenship and photo identification is required for all travel. U.S. citizens need their government issued birth certificate(if a passport is not required), with a raised seal (photocopies are not an acceptable form of identification) and a government issued photo I.D. or a valid passport. Children over the age of 16 are required to have a photo ID (government issued), with all passengers 18 and over requiring a government issued photo ID. Marriage certificates or legal name change documentation will be required for anyone with identification where last names do not match. Non U.S. citizens must contact their country's governmental embassy or consulate concerning specific travel documentation requirements.
It is your responsibility to be sure you have the correct identification needed for your particular vacation. Certain countries do require visas for entry and exit. Be sure to check what visas may be needed. You must check with the cruise line you are sailing with to verify that you have the correct documentation. Cruise Line Pre-registration: Most cruise lines now require all passengers to pre-register for their cruise prior to sailing. This can be done directly on the cruise lines website.
The Reservation Code listed on the confirmation is the cruise lines reservation/confirmation number.
Read supplier's terms and conditions carefully. Supplier websites contain important information concerning your vacation. Carefully review supplier's policies concerning cancellation penalties. Island Cruise Co. will impose a $75 p/p cancellation fee in addition to any supplier's penalties. The client assumes full responsibility for accurately completing and sending the cancellation form and correct fee to Island Cruise Co.. The client also acknowledges that Island Cruise Co. reserves the right to process cancellation requests up to two business days after they have been received. No cancellations will be processed by Island Cruise Co. without it received in writing first. A cancellation is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation of the cancellation. If applicable, locate your cabin to verify its location and bedding options. Dining is only on a request basis, cannot be confirmed, and is at the cruise line's discretion. Island Cruise Co. will not be held liable for any dining changes for whatever reasons. Verify that the ship, sail date, departure date (if different from sailing date) and itinerary on this invoice match the supplier's current brochure for accuracy, as suppliers do change itineraries from time to time.
Princess Cruise Line Passengers only - All Princess Cruise Line passengers are automatically eligible for possible upgrades even if cabin # has already been assigned. If you would rather secure the cabin you have chosen, you must send an email requesting a 'non-upgrade status' to cruiseinfo@islandcruiseco.com. We will then notify Princess to block you from receiving any upgrades. When purchasing cruise line air through Princess, transfers are not included in the price of your package. Transfers must be added at your request by contacting the Internet Department of Island Cruise Co.
Payments: Deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be charged automatically with the credit card entered while booking. Island Cruise Co. cannot be responsible for cancelled reservations due to declined credit cards, debit cards, exceeding daily limits, or if the cruise line rejects the credit card for any reason. Island Cruise Co. will try to reach the client at the phone number, or email address on file for other means of payment. The final payment will be paid automatically up to 5 business days before or after the date on the confirmation. There is no need to contact us if payment is to be made on the same credit card as the deposit. If using a debit card be aware that many banks have daily limits for withdrawal. Island Cruise Co. accepts all major credit cards, as well as cash, checks (personal checks are only accepted 90 days or more prior to the travel date), certified checks, and money orders. Island Cruise Co.'s Internet Department must be called at 800-231-7447 at least 10 days prior to final payment date. Changing the credit card information on the website does not automatically change payment methods on previously booked vacations. Please contact the internet department at 800-231-7447 to change payment method. We cannot be responsible for any overdraft, or bank charges due to charging an incorrect card.
Travel Insurance is strongly Recommended: Travel insurance provides protection for the traveler in the event that the trip is cancelled due to certain circumstances (for specific inclusions/exclusions, please contact your Cruise Specialist for details of insurance). Travel Insurance also protects in the event of most medical emergencies, and in some instances, pre-existing medical conditions. Some other benefits may include legal assistance, emergency medical evacuation, and travel document and ticket replacement assistance. The client is responsible for acknowledging that they choose to purchase Travel Insurance by purchasing it after booking the cruise online. If Travel Insurance is not purchased Island Cruise Co. assumes that you have declined Travel Insurance. If you are interested in purchasing trip insurance, contact the Internet Department immediately.
Air/Sea Transportation Restrictions: If you purchase air transportation directly from the cruise line, not from Island Cruise Co., and there are delays with your assigned air carrier, in most cases the airline will be able to make arrangements for you to reach the ship. Island Cruise Co. assumes no responsibility for assigned air, flights, seating, schedule, or any issues involving air travel. The cruise line reserves the right to choose the air carrier, routing, flight times, and specific airport for each gateway city. If you make other air transportation arrangements (i.e. through a third party other than the cruise line), THE CRUISE LINE OR AGENT ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY. Additionally, if you encounter delays and miss the ship, you assume all responsibility for, but not limited to, loss of time, money or property. INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Any special requests for air must be done at least 90 days prior to the departure date. This service is an air deviation; charges start at $75 per person plus any fees charged by the cruise line. Island Cruise Co. is not responsible for any flights assigned.
Cruise Line Air Reservations: Air booked through the cruise line is on request only. AIRFARE IS NOT INCLUDED OR AVAILABLE ON SPECIAL RATE/GROUP CABINS WHEN BOOKING ONLINE. Airfare can be added by calling the internet department of Island Cruise Co. Air availability cannot be guaranteed at time of booking. For bookings made within 14 days of sailing, air is on a request basis and is not guaranteed. Air may also be on request for other sailings due to availability and restrictions. Due to limited availability for peak travel dates, nonprime air schedules, charters and overnights may be assigned. Flights may require a stop, change(s) of plane and/or layovers. Air carriers and routings are assigned at the cruise lines discretion and are subject to change without notice. Schedules may require overnight travel to/from the port city. Service may be jet, commuter or charter flights. The cruise lines do not guarantee that guests traveling with other guests will be on the same airline or routing.
Review All Tickets and Documents: Documents will be received approximately 7-10 days prior to travel date. For International Passengers documents may only be available for pier pickup or EDOCS (Royal Caribbean & Celebrity only). We can arrange to send International documents to an address in the United States. If documents are to be sent out of the United States, their will be an additional charge of up to $75 as per the express carrier. You will be notified prior to sending of the documents of this fee. Certain cruise lines will require you to receive documents as they do not offer any type of Electronic documents or pier pickup, (i.e. Holland America). Please contact the Document Department if you plan to leave home early. Beginning November 2006, Princess Cruise Line no longer has printed documents. Documents must be printed out be preregistering on the cruiseline website at least 5 days prior to sailing. Island Cruise Co. will attempt to accommodate the client but reserves the right to deny any request. It is the sole responsibility of the client to review and verify all information printed on the supplier's tickets, documents and/or accompanying literature. Thoroughly review the tickets in their entirety. Verify all passenger accommodations, ascertain that all names are correct and match the documentation that you will be using for identification. Many vendors require pre-registration forms completed online or via fax. These forms must be completed prior to the vacation - it is your responsibility to make certain this has been done prior to your vacation. Suppliers may charge a substantial fee plus applicable fare increases for changes made after the tickets and/or document s are issued. In addition, Island Cruise Co. charges a $50 per person fee for changes; this fee will be in addition to the aforementioned Cruise Line charges. Notify your Cruise Specialist immediately if changes or corrections are required. $50 Service charge per person for ALL CHANGES i.e. adding/removing air/name change, spelling corrections, etc. $50 fee will be charged for ALL RETURNED CHECKS $50 charge will be assessed for ALL LATE PAYMENTS Island Cruise Co. will impose a $75 per person fee for cancellation plus any penalty from the cruise line (Read suppliers brochure or website for penalties). All requests to cancel a reservation must be forwarded to Island Cruise Co. by letter, fax, or email along with authorization to charge the Island Cruise Co. cancellation fee. Client assumes full responsibility if additional cancellation fees are incurred during the processing period. In addition, the supplier in accordance with their cancellation policies may charge additional fees. Client assumes full responsibility for these cancellation fees.
Island Cruise Co. is acting as intermediary and agent for suppliers identified on the invoice in selling services, or in accepting reservations or bookings for services that are not directly supplied by this agency (such as air transportation, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, meals, tours, cruises, etc.). This agency therefore shall not be responsible for breach of contract or any intentional, unintentional or careless actions or omissions on the part of such suppliers, which result in any loss, damage, delay or injury to you, your traveling companions or group members. Nor will Island Cruise Co. assume responsibility for disputes between a client, credit card company, or Cruise line in regards to pricing and/or payments. Island Cruise Co. shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses caused to any traveler. By embarking on his/her travel, the traveler voluntarily assumes all risks involved with such travel, whether expected or unexpected. The Customer, by purchasing this cruise, has been advised of Travel Insurance and has read all information included with this invoice.
The Customer is solely responsible to convey this information to all traveling companions.
